Sanctification in the Church

When putting sin to death competition ceases to be a motive. The church, as a body, has a concern over every member. We all have a responsibility toward one another in dealing with sin in addition to out own progress in sanctification.

The reputation of the repentant man must be preserved. Jesus, in Mat 18 taught us humility in the procedure. An exception is with public sin as in Gal 2:11-16.
