Ephesians 4:1-6

To walk in unity in the Church, we must humbly submit to its unified design.
Unity in Humility: The path to church unity goes through humility (1-3)
Walk worthy of your calling (1)
With all humility (2)
With gentleness (2)
With patience (2)
Bearing with one another in love (2)
Eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (3)
Unity in Design: The basis for unity is understanding its integrated design (4-6)
The seven “unities”
One body (4)
One Spirit (4)
One hope of your calling (4)
One Lord (5)
One faith (5)
One baptism (5)
One God and Father of all (6)
Applications:
Unity in the body of Christ is paramount for the watching world around us!
Unity means humility toward one another
Unity does NOT mean “peace at all costs”! (the “seven unities”)
