The Role of Deacons

King Jesus has ordained that there should be two offices in each local church: elders and deacons. God has created man as a duplexity, he has an immaterial soul as well as a material body. The two offices of the church are the provision of a loving God to minister to the whole man soul and body. In this message we consider the subordinate and complementary role that deacons serve under the leadership of the pastors of the church to minister to the many physical and financial needs of the flock of God.
