Acts 16:1-24

After parting ways with Barnabas and John Mark, Paul takes Silas and begins his second missionary journey on land (as Barnabas and Mark take to the sea).

We meet Timothy as he pays the high price of circumcision as a half-Jew half-Greek believer in order to witness to law-keeping Jews without offending them.

The story of the devil-possessed Charismatic psychic is VERY interesting in light of all the modern devil-possessed Charismatics who preach 'Jesus is Lord!' and then proceed to lie, cheat, steal and lead their followers into damnation.

As we close this weeks study, we see Paul and Silas thrown in jail for hindering the 'economic stimulus' by reaching the lost with the Gospel and shutting down the psychic/tarot card/palm reading 'works'.
