Ready For The Resurrection?

Hope in Scripture always revolves around the second coming of Christ. This is that time when Christ will confer upon us the fullness of our salvation. Our greatest consolation on this side of the grave is knowing that God’s plan for us involves far more than this present world. God has created us so that we might fellowship with Him forever in the age to come!

There is perhaps no more sobering reality than this: that some hearing this will spend eternity in a state separated from God. John 5:29 calls this state a “resurrection of judgment.”

For the believer heaven will not only include the recreated universe in which we will dwell, and a redeemed body to worship and serve Christ but it will also have a physical abode in the household of God!
