There are some things in life you can walk away from — jobs, opportunities, commitments — but there are two things from which there is absolutely no release: the Way and the War. These two realities confront every human being, whether they recognize them or not. The wise will embrace them with reverence; the foolish will ignore them to their ruin. But all will face them.
