To remember – as in remembering His covenant (v. 72b)
To grant – which is to give or bestow to us (v. 74a)
“Might serve” is also an infinitive – “to serve” – (v. 74b)

D. Zechariah's Praise for a “New Day” 78-79
The word “Dayspring” is the old English word for “the Dawn”. It's the first light of a new day. Zechariah realizes it is a new day, because of the coming of Messiah.
