5-Minute Counselor: Introduction

This is an introduction to a series of snippets designed to share my story as a Christian in recovery from trauma, codependence, and addiction. This series is testimonial, but will include the tools I have used in my own recovery and today in my Christian counseling work with clients. I hope this series will be of help to someone who is struggling, and yet, not finding the help they need from their Christian community. I know how lonely that can be.
