Acts 2 is about the Pouring out of the Holy Spirit, but really it's mostly about the completed work of Christ.
What was the big deal about all this... not that the Holy Spirit would be indiscriminately given on those of all ages and races, but rather that "whoever" would call upon the name of the Lord would be saved... that is those from all nations, tribes and peoples. ... which is really what the Book of Acts is going to show us.
