In God's Sovereign pleasure and grace; considered here were:
The Particularity Of The Petition–12a. Considered: a) The Meaning of Forgiveness as an imperative, which is an immediate, clear and complete act from removing guilty. b) The Matter Of Concern – debt. Pointing to an offensive act or conduct that transgresses and leading to fractured relationships. c) The Measure of forgiveness, is hinged on the comparison clause; "as". The intention and motivation for forgiveness, is God. In other words, God is and should always be, every believer' standard of forgiveness. What a great and comforting calling, that goes against our native nature.
