Encouragement in Grace. 2 Corinthians 8:7-9 the majority of Churches and Christians have never learned the blessing of Grace Giving. There are many who tithe (give ten percent of their income). There are fewer who not only tithe but also give an offering (give over and above their tithe). However, a very small percentage of believers "abound in this grace."Your suppose to set your standards of giving according to the bible and not what others are doing.Paul, as he reminded them of the giving of the Lord Jesus was encouraging the Corinthians to show the same grace in their life as Jesus had shown to them.
