Growing in Grace

John has already defined a couple of tests that distinguish true Christians from false Christians: obedience and love. A real believer obeys Jesus' commands and loves the brethren. A false teacher doesn't do either one! This morning's poetic section is a joyful chorus! It is a portrait of the family of God and a reminder of what really matters at every stage of the Christian life.
