That Your Prayers Be not Hindered

The verse obviously teaches us that men who fail in their Biblical responsibilities do great harm to their spiritual life, even to the point of breaking unhindered fellowship with God. The verse gives us two motivations for Giving Honor to the wife: 1 -- She is the weaker vessel -- which has to do with her role and 2 -- She is an heir together of the grace of life -- which shows her spiritual equality with her husband.
