One Body, One Supper

The Lord's Supper is a means of grace to bring further unity to the Body of Christ,that is, the Church. However, it sometimes is a means of bringing in disunity. 1 Cor. 11 calls us to remember that to take the Supper without concern for the Body that Christ died to save is to deny the Lord and abuse the sacrament. The covenantal meal should remind us that Christ died to save us from our selfishness. So what does it mean to examine yourselves?
