Preparation Before Progress

How are we to prepare to make progress in the Christian life? Joshua teaches the children of Israel and every believer that before we go forward, we must first "Look Back" with regular thankfulness to the Lord. Then and only then can we "Look Forward", confident in God's power. We are to seek to pursue personal holiness and always have a genuine fear and reverence for God.
