Now he (the apostle John) said there were so many miracles and signs, so many things he could talk about in Jesus' life that he could not imagine writing it all down.

Now...

Why did he write this one? And why is this the one he leads with?

Well it is the first one, but he didn’t have to start with the first one did he?

So keep that kind of question... if we're asking that question: why did John think this was so important for us to know, John, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, of course, why does God want us to know this about His Son?
