A Thriving Faith, 3

This passage represents a culmination of much thought and prayer on the part of Habakkuk. At the beginning of this Psalm, Habakkuk said the same thing he does here, “I have heard the report about Thee” (3:2). In that instance, he was inspired to pen the Psalm before us.
