The Lord Said in His Heart

The Lord is here making promises to men, based on the sacrifice that He was pleased with. These promises which God made to Noah were based upon the observations that He made concerning man's sinful heart. I believe that through these verses God is speaking to each of us about the sinfulness of our own heart. So, at this time I want us to consider this question – What promises did God make to all of mankind in Noah's day which have spiritual significance to us now, in regard to our salvation? In verses 21, 22 we find that there are 3 promises that God gave to all men in Noah's day which directly relate to our salvation through Jesus Christ, in our own day.
