When Enemies Become Family!

The power of God that saves sinners (2:1-10) is the same power that reconciles enemies (2:11-22)! (Don't miss the "Therefore" that opens this section in 2:11.) The first three verses introduce the ancient separation between the Gentiles and the Jews. In Christ, God is able to bring both groups near to Himself and near to one another. Here is a simple outline for these introductory verses: i.) two people (vv.11-12) and ii.) one price (v.13).
