The Spirit of Micah

This week we will see that Micah found that God's people, far from remaining distinct from their apostate fellow Israelites in the North, had become like them. Even prophets were more interested in their profit than their prophecy. However, the Spirit stirred Micah to tell Judah about the judgements that were coming to them. But then, he also said a day was coming when the word of God would sound out from Jerusalem, and another King would arise from Bethlehem who would shepherd the nations by the power of God.
