David's Prayer Intro

We begin Psalm 25 with a basic introduction to the Psalm, as well as provide a general application from the Psalm for our own private prayer time. David's prayer is a list of sorts. He has written it down and here reads it in the ears of God and all subsequent generations. We should do the same.
