The Merry-Go-Round of Life

The hand of God makes great providential changes in the lives of every person but emphatically in the camp of true believers. God's chastening rod is meant to cleanse and correct His people. It seems as if we are on a merry-go-round that never stops but bumps and jerks us all the time. The troubled and distressed Naomi understood clearly that the events in her life were God's works; and that they all were for her spiritual well-being. This is a lesson that I wish all of God's people to know and experience.
