Confidence in God when justice is delayed

The short-term prosperity of the wicked and the long-term blessedness of the godly is here seen in this psalm.

1. The inner struggle v1-11. What we must do when tempted to envy the wicked.
2. The outward conflict v12-26. The true reality of the blessedness of the godly man contrasted with the seeming blessedness of the wicked.
3. The long view v27-40. To guard against growing weary in well-doing we need to serve and delight in God for his own sake.
