God's Good Creation

In this brief lesson, two things are considered: 1. The Quality of Creation - how that God pronounced all things 'very good'. What is the significance of that phrase? And 2. The Purpose of Creation - how that God created all things for His own glory. This gives meaning and purpose to everything.

As a sidelight, John Piper's mantra: 'God is most glorified when we are most satisfied in Him' is called into question. Should not the mantra be: 'We are most satisfied when God is most glorified in/by us?' God's glory is not dependent on whether we enjoy Him or not.
