Take Care How You Listen

The parable of the sower deals with the subject of the Kingdom of God - vs 11 - "To you has been given the mystery of the Kingdom of God."
- A "musterion" in the NT is a truth that had not been revealed up to that point.
This, and any parable, is not meant to be analyzed profusely word by word, but to take it in one lump, as Jesus taught it. Therefore, this parable teaches us to:
- Take care how you listen to God's Word.
- The paradox of the Kingdom lies in the Word.
- The Word of God in the Kingdom is discriminating.
