Answering Without Care

Last week Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego stood when everyone else fell down to worship the statue. They were committed to living a life of purity before God and God was elevating them. He did this by making them stand out from everyone else. As everyone falls to worship the king's image, they are left standing, refusing to bow. They don't go half way, they don't try to justify themselves. They stand. Now they are ready to speak for God. God is looking for those that are his alone. He is looking for those who will not bow to the world's standards. He has allowed the world to fall and become consumed by a depraved mind. We cannot let this depravity start to lead us. We must be clear and stand unflinching for the Lord.
