Supporting the Church

We have been looking at what it means to live together as a body. There is a responsibility for others as we live with them. We are to be encouraging one another in the Lord. That also means that when a brother is overtaken in a fault, we are to restore our brother or sister with gentleness as we guard our own selves from falling. This is one of the burdens we are to bear for each other. We are also to be bearing our own load, the daily needs that we have. Now Paul moves on to giving. This is a very natural extension of his subject as he emphasizes that a Pastor in the church is to be paid. Join us as we look at what Paul teaches and why he teaches them this.
