Gospel Presented in the OT Part 8 - God's Holiness

The law takes up a considerable portion of the Old Testament. This law is designed to make sin utterly sinful to the person reading it. God's holiness is the basis for this great law, and His holiness embraces His perfect standards (righteousness) and the perfect enforcement of those standards (justice). The Word declares His throne is founded on righteousness and justice. The cross was the great display of His holiness in operation as through Christ alone He proved Himself to be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus Christ.
