We don't know much about Micaiah – but what we do know shines through in this incident.

1. He was a man who dared to speak the truth – no matter what offense it might cause.

2. He was a true prophet of God – who dared to stand alone for the truth – even when mocked by the rich and powerful of his day.

3. He was a true prophet of God – and so certain of the truth of God, that he was willing to make it a public display and challenge.
