Outline:

1. Jesus gives sight to the man born blind (Vs. 6-12).
2. First, the Pharisees deny the legitimacy of this miracle because Jesus performs it on the Sabbath Day (Vs. 13-17).
3. Then they seek to debunk the miracle by interrogating the parents (Vs. 18-23).
4. Finally, they condemn Christ as a sinner, excommunicate the man born blind, and declare themselves disciples of Moses (Vs. 24-34).
5. Jesus, on the other hand, is busy doing God's work (Vs. 35-41 and 1-3).
6. You and I must join Jesus in doing God's work (Vs. 4-5 and 6:29).
