The Dawn of the Gospel

Last week we looked at the only account of Jesus' childhood. At the age of 12, He was clearly seen as being strong in the Spirit, with unusual wisdom. He knew that His father was God and His primary interest was in knowing this God. Now, somewhere around 14 years have passed. It is nearing the time where Jesus will be starting His ministry. Yet God has another person, John the Baptist, that he has been preparing to introduce Jesus. Chapter 3 of Luke is the account of the ministry of John. It starts with thhis call and ends with his baptism of Jesus. Join us as we see John's start.
