Series Fruit of the Spirit
The fruit of the Spirit is gentleness. God is gentle. Not that He is always gentle. He also has anger and wrath, and when He pours out His wrath, it is anything but gentle. But God also reveals Himself time and again as a gentle God. When His Spirit dwells in us, we will likewise be gentle with others. We will put off the old man who is harsh and caustic and put on the new man who is gentle and peaceable.
