Our verse begins with three blessings that God has accomplished on our behalf and they precede the things that we are called on to live out in our lives. First He has chosen us, second He has through Christ made us holy before Him and thirdly He has shown His forever love for us by calling us beloved. This is what He calls our Lord, His beloved Son. This study deals with what the Word has to say about God’s perfect love for us.
