Abram = The Beginning of Faith

What would you do in this situation? You are in the desert and have not tasted water in days. You are more thirsty than you have ever been. Suddenly, you come across a canopy. Under the canopy is a water pump. On the pump's handle is a canteen with exactly the amount of water, according to a sign on the pump, that it takes to prime the pump and unleash "more water than you will ever need". Time to decide. Will you pour the water down your throat, which will satisfy your immediate thirst, or do you risk all the water you have seen in days and pour it down the throat of the pump without taking even a drop for yourself? Is the water you can see more valuable than the water that is promised if you obey the words on the sign? This is the essence of faith!
