The Sin Offering

What we see is that ALL sin has consequences (even unintentional sin). Sin causes defilement. It causes corruption and decay.

The question is how do we stop this defilement? How do we break the downward spiral of sin?

The answer is the sin offering.

God has graciously provided this sacrifice (which like all the sacrifices points to the ultimate work of Christ) as a way to stop the cycle of defilement and provided cleansing. In fact this offering could also be seen as the purification offering.
