Leadership Authority for God's Family

Authority for leading God's family comes from the authority of God's Word. God has clearly spoken regarding His intention for the organization and leadership for His church. Elders plural and church singular is the pattern established by God. Men have the responsibility to provide the overall leadership and have two main areas of responsibility, those being able to teach and lead under the authority of His Word. The truth of God's Word must always override all preferences and personalities as being authoritative.
