The Declaration of a New Birth

One of the most dynamic conversations in the Bible is the dialogue between Jesus and Nicodemus in John chapter 3. Nicodemus was a very religious man who had come to feel empty in his Hebrew faith. Jesus was the great teacher who came to declare the perfect word of God to fallen humanity. Nicodemus was completely ignorant of the subject of the new birth and confused at Jesus' words, "Ye must be born again."
