Oversight by the Elders

God has ordained there be leadership of each local church by mature men who have a desire to assume such great responsibility. The leadership as a shepherd will include oversight with guidance, counsel, care, and protection as the Word of God is taught. The men God raises up will have motivation to lead their congregation as servants of God and appointed by Him.
