God's commanded order

If our society were to hold a referendum on the Ten Commandments some of them would be quite popular. Plenty of people would vote for less killing and stealing and maybe even less lying and unfaithfulness.

But the first commandment tells us to put God before everything and to love Him above all else. This idea is universally hated by the human race and herein lies our problem.

All of our troubles stem from this basic mistake: we don't put God first in our lives.
