The Life of Elijah - Part 1

This is the first of a 14 part series on the Life of Elijah.
During a time of disobedience, utter depravity and defiance God calls upon Elijah (which means Jehovah is my strength) to confront Ahab. In faith Elijah yielded himself to God, enabling him to be used as a vessel to bring Israel to repentance. Similarly today each Christian is called to stand in the midst of darkness, showing forth the light of God. In the first part of this series, we examine the times, testimony and tenderness of Elijah.
