Preparation for Judgment: A Throne 2

As we cover part two of this passage, we are reminded that beginning with chapter 4 of Revelation we move from an earthly focus (the seven churches of chapters 2 &3) to a heavenly one (God enthroned). This passage (covering two sermons) gives us a clear view of God on His throne in heaven, being worshiped as the Creator of all things by the the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders. We saw in the last message that God's throne is surrounded by amazing sights and sounds, and now we see that these elders and living creatures are responding with appropriate worship. They were giving God the glory, honor and thanksgiving that He deserves - exalting Him alone as the Creator of all things.
