Going Out by Faith

When Moses was grown, he left behind all the fleeting pleasures of Egypt to suffer affliction with the people of God. He did so by faith, with an eye to the greater treasure of God's suffering people. And he did so as a foreshadowing of the One to Come who would leave His glory to identify with and suffer for His People. This passage encourages our faith, and warms our hearts toward our Lord.
