Christ the Ascended Man

Jesus Christ came to fulfill God's original purpose for mankind--to rule and reign over all things as God's representatives. Because of His perfect obedience, suffering, and death, God has rewarded Christ by appointing Him as the heir of all things for the church. Christ has ascended to heaven, far above all rule, authority, principalities, and powers, crowned with glory and honor as the God-Man.
