Spiritual Orthopedics

God has designed that people live in community. This is true for the family and also for the family of God. The purpose of community is for protection, direction and encouragement. How should we respond to a spiritual brother or sister who has gotten tripped up in a sin? Paul declares that we are responsible to practice spiritual orthopedics in order to restore that person to an effective walk with God and ministry. This verse gives us very specific instructions how to delicately be part of this process of restoration.
