Eagerly Waiting for the Savior
Series Philippians 2011-12
Paul completes his exhortation to the Philippians to pursue Christ and Christlikeness by reminding them of their Kingdom ("citizens of heaven"), their King they eagerly await ("the Lord Jesus Christ"), their promised conformity to the King when He returns ("conformed to His glorious body"), and the consummation of His Kingdom ("subdue all things to Himself").
As we eagerly wait for the Savior, we may stand fast in Him.
