The Voice of the Risen Christ

When Mary Magdalene first encountered the risen Christ, she did not recognize Him. His voice was indiscernible to her until He said her name. In this we see a fulfillment of John 10. The Good Shepherd had laid down His life and taken it up again for her, and when He called her by name, she turned to Him.
