Genesis 46 - Jacob's Quandary

Jacob had a quandary. He is convinced Joseph is alive and feels strongly that he needed to go to Egypt before he died. He realizes if his family stays in Canaan they will all die and the promise of being a nation would be gone, so he left to travel to Egypt. Nevertheless, he had not heard a word from God. At Beersheba, the southern most point in Canaan, he was at a crossroad and he called out to the "God of his father, Isaac, --and God answered him. God told Israel to not be afraid to go to Egypt and He would make Israel a great nation there. Like Jacob, we all experience a quandary of should we go. This lesson tells you how to trust God to go.
