The Father's activity to redeem & restore is based upon His covenant with his people. (1 John 1:1-4)
a) God's covenant to redeem has been from the beginning- that which was from the beginning
b) God's covenant to redeem has always been for us to share-the life was made manifest,
c) God's covenant to restore has always been according to His ordination -and indeed our fellowship is with the father and with His son Jesus Christ. [John 14:20-23]
d) God's covenant to restore has always been the source of our joy- and we are writing these things so that our joy may be complete.
