19. Sound the Warning

In Revelation, the seals are like the dust-jacket on a book, giving us glimpses into what's inside without fully revealing anything. The opening of the seals is the Lamb's declaration of war against his enemies, the beginning of his rod-of-iron rule. With the opening of the 7th seal, 7 trumpets herald the doom of Jerusalem. Sound the warning, but be aware that warnings can both harden and soften people's hearts.
