Distress overcome
Series Psalms
Psalm 13
'God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good' (Genesis 1.31).
Things are very different now on account of the sin of our covenant head Adam. The universe up to and including the second heavens is in 'the bondage of corruption' and, in consequence, distress is a part of life.
